A Long Road
This is an indie we shot just before Xmas 2009. I play hard ass PO Russo. I got involved because the script is good. Turned out to be yet an opportunity to learn all about filmmaking & the heart of the filmmaker.
Wrapped the test! So much fun. Can't wait to shoot this freaking scene.

Rehearsal
Very cool Sunday. Spent a few hours rehearsing for big scene in Ryan & Anna's film. I am very happy to be in the scene because there is music.

Beating it
Just finished and extra long meet and greet with a friend of friend of the family. Fresh at NYU. The world is her oyster. So I tell it like it should be and not like it is. I always try to encourage the artist. I have to. Who is to say what their future might be.
In the background Clw has created a "slide" in his room with his bff. I hope we won't be going to the ER today. Just another day with MJ sining 'beat it' in distance.

The manager at Starbucks calls me Mustafa I don't like it. No one ever called me Mustafa when I was wearing a weave. I let him get away with it because he's from a foreign country and I don't think he realizes how racist and insulting it is.
