What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is essentially cardio, gymnastics and strength training rolled into one eclectic, efficient package. We perform pullups, pushups, handstands and box jumps. We lift weights, swing kettlebells, climb ropes and throw medicine balls. We run, row, jump rope and use gymnastics rings. We mix all of these elements together in challenging and creative ways so that you never get bored.

Roz Acting Coach

As the resident acting coach of our Studio, I offer on camera classes, private acting coaching, audition preparation, role preparation, auditions on tape, career strategizing, marketing support and help creating your own work. Most of these services are offered through www.rozactingcoach.com which is a division of Red Wall Studios. 

I will coach you with truth, insight and real world knowledge of the audition experience. You will gain the confidence to do your best acting in the pressure-filled audition room.
