The Red Wall Mission

Red Wall Productions represents a movement of artistic expression that uses digital images to tell stories that portray a full spectrum of the African-American experience.  The digital age has revolutionized filmmaking.  It enables us to create our own high-quality, low-cost multimedia stories. Our goal is to tell entertaining stories that provoke thought and discussion, to tell stories that reflect a broad and true representation of who we are and where we are going. As powerful, innovative and resourceful people we welcome the opportunity to be curators of our own images.

The Red Wall Story

Rosalyn and Craig met as actors on the set of the short film THE WINDOW. That film was selected to be part of the 2000 Sundance Film Festival. They traveled to the festival to help promote the film; it was there they began to fall in love. Craig and Rosalyn married November 17 2001.

For their new life, in their new apartment, Roz and Craig decided to do something neither of them had ever had the guts to do before; they painted a wall Red. It was a choice that represented boldness and passion. When the time came to name their production company, the answer was right there in front of them.

They launched their production company using a tax refund and wedding gift money. With the support of family friends and colleagues, Red Wall is growing brick by brick.
