and I are on a journey together, defining our love and shaped by our
challenges. Simply, FAYDRA is the Cinderella story revisited. I made it
a little more contemporary, added a dash of color and gave it an urban
feel. More importantly, I had a commitment to painting the stepmother
and sisters in a positive light, rather than evil step-people and to
also address the grief of this young girl."

I was attracted to this story because of it's truth. There are so many loving step families thriving today that I wanted to help Sandra reflect that fact in this magical larger than life story.
